Ryan runs the client side of LightYear Data: go-to-market, pricing, and sales. A Northwestern University graduate, he started out at Evercore, building financial models, valuation analyses, and board and creditor materials behind M&A and restructuring deals. Then he spent several years working independently across South America and Europe. He makes sure every engagement opens with a clear read on what's actually happening in your business before anyone builds a dashboard.

Chris leads the build: your warehouse, your pipelines, your dashboards. A graduate of Northwestern University, he ran data operations at one of North America's fastest-growing insurance companies, holding the infrastructure together through five years of scaling and a $1 billion private-equity exit. He learned there what breaks when a company grows faster than its data can keep up. Now he designs each client's stack so the numbers hold up under that same kind of pressure.
