Every engagement starts with a fixed implementation fee and a flat monthly subscription — not an hourly clock, not a quote you have to negotiate for. Built in your name, not ours, from day one.
Most operators fit Foundation or Operator. If your business doesn't fit a box, we'll scope a plan around it.
For operators taking their first step off spreadsheets.
Foundation upgrade: $5K expansion fee, bringing total setup paid to $10K. Additional data sources $500/mo · additional workflows $300/mo.

Every tier: you own the data warehouse and the code. No lock-in, no hostage data — built in your name from the start.
Here's what we hear most often.
Because "it depends" pricing is how consultants pad margin on discovery calls. We've productized the two engagement shapes we actually see with operator businesses. If you don't fit one, we'll tell you before you pay us anything.
The monthly subscription covers ongoing pipeline maintenance, dashboard upkeep, automation monitoring, and support — not a one-time build you're left to maintain yourself.
Yes. A Foundation client upgrading to Operator pays a $5,000 expansion fee, so total implementation fees paid equal the published $10,000 Operator setup price. Monthly service then moves from $1,500 to $2,500. The expansion raises included scope from 4 to 8 sources, 1 to 3 dashboards, and 1 to 4 workflows. Non-standard expansion is scoped as Tailored.
No long-term commitment required. Because the warehouse and code are built in your name from day one, there's no technical lock-in — most clients stay because the system keeps paying for itself, not because they're stuck with us.
If you run multiple entities or brands, need more than 8 data sources, more than 3 dashboards, more than 4 workflows, or have an unusual workflow that does not map to Foundation or Operator. We agree on the roadmap, operating capacity, priorities, and a fixed monthly number before you commit.
Not currently — we want you to stay because we're delivering value, not because you're locked in. That said, most clients who hit their ROI targets in month 2–3 stay for years.
Any system that feeds data into your warehouse — QuickBooks, your CRM, POS, ERP, an API. Foundation includes 4; Operator goes up to 8. Each additional source beyond your tier is $500/mo.
Any repeating task that now runs on a schedule instead of by hand. Examples: daily delinquency alerts, weekly quote submissions, nightly inventory reconciliation. Foundation gets 1 included; Operator gets 4. Each additional is $300/mo.
Yes. Foundation gets email support and monthly check-ins. Operator gets priority support (24–48 hr response) and quarterly business reviews. Both are included in your monthly fee.
Here's the typical journey:
Prove the model on your highest-friction problem — usually a weekly report that takes hours to build. Get one dashboard live, refresh it daily, automate one manual task. Cost: $5K setup + $1.5K/mo.
The first automation is saving 5–8 hours per week. Your team is acting on real numbers instead of rebuilding reports. You're ready to expand — more data sources, more dashboards, more automations.
Pay a $5K expansion fee, bringing total setup paid to $10K, and move monthly service from $1.5K to $2.5K. Add 4 data sources, up to 2 additional dashboards, and 3 automated workflows.
Some clients stay at Operator for years. Some add a third data layer or extend into new verticals — both can happen without changing tiers. Others spin off to neighboring departments (finance, ops, sales). Your stack grows with your business.
We'll build a sample dashboard, walk you through it live, and you'll know in 20 minutes if this is worth doing.
