Free data audit
A free data audit is a preliminary, no-obligation assessment. It may use information you choose to share, reliable public information where available, and clearly labeled illustrative data where actual figures are unavailable. It is intended to show a possible reporting or operating approach, not to certify your records or replace financial, legal, tax, security, or other professional advice.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, a delivery date, or a particular result. LightYear Data may decline or narrow a request when the available information, fit, timing, or required effort does not support a useful audit.
No client relationship through the website
Website use, email, and the free audit do not create a client relationship, fiduciary duty, partnership, or obligation to perform paid services. A client relationship begins only when the parties sign a separate agreement.
Your information and permissions
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate enough for its intended use and that you have permission to share it. Do not submit credentials, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, regulated personal information, confidential production data, or third-party material you are not authorized to disclose through the website form.
Audit materials
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may keep and use a dashboard mockup delivered through the free audit for your internal business evaluation. LightYear Data retains its pre-existing templates, methods, know-how, design systems, and reusable components. Rights in third-party content and public data remain with their respective owners.

The website and its original content, design, and branding belong to LightYear Data or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, scrape at unreasonable volume, misrepresent, interfere with, or use the site to violate law or another party's rights.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party hosting, form, and email services. LightYear Data does not control third-party content or availability. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers
The website and free audit are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that public or illustrative data is complete, current, or suitable for a production decision. Any paid-service warranties or commitments must appear in a signed client agreement.
Limitation of liability
